Alex and his team were amazing. Professional, tidy, neat, extremely high quality, very detailed and precise. Respectful of your property and garden. Least stressful building experience I've ever had. Highly recommended!

At Barq | change:ability we are one of the finishing trades and towards the end of projects, we are always under pressure to meet deadlines. Alex and his team are very good at sticking to their schedule. This ensures a quality product, finished on time for the client. I would highly recommend Alex and his team!

In the middle of lockdown in 2020 we had Alex and his amazing team undertake a complete gutting and renovation of our flat. The timing was difficult, but with consummate professionalism they completed the job within the specified time, plus agreed upon extra time as we extended the specs slightly. Alex's focus is on quality, and on ending the project on time and within the budget. The result is a beautiful home for us, even 'de-snagged' months later by this highly recommended team.

Let me start off by saying that I'm of german decent which means that I like everything efficient, professional, on-time and of quality workmanship. Rare to find in SA... but I was not disappointed! It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Alex and his team! Alex Jordaan Construction together with Urban Pod Architects did an extensive 6 month renovation/alteration and addition (loft conversion) to our old victorian house. Unlike most people having traumatic experiences with building/construction projects - AJC exceeded our (and my inner german) expectations. Always friendly, always neat & tidy, always on time and always professional. Alex takes responsibility and pride in his work. Highly recommended!

We were asked to provide a service to Alex Jordaan at one of his customers needing a gas installation. Alex Jordaan knew exactly what his customer needed as regards a gas installation. Alex paid us a deposit quickly and we had no fuss dealing with his company. We look forward to partnering with him and his company on many projects to come. Thank-you!

What a pleasure to have Alex and his team working on our home. They were professional, work proud and friendly always. I felt as if they treated my home as they would their own, making sure all the changes were practical and made living in the house comfortable. Able to take initiative when required and also to consult us appropriately. Alex kept to his quote and kept to his timeline. A couple of curve balls were were handled excellently. Alex uses fabulous sub contractors who work to his high standards. I recommend him highly and will definitely have him back when we need further renovations.
